The High-Speed Linear Bottle Washing Machine is designed to thoroughly clean bottles using a combination of water and air washes. Bottles are securely held in pockets while undergoing the washing process. The machine features 6 to 8 washing stations, with three to five internal water washes using Recycled Water, Purified Water, and Water for Injection (WFI), and three to five air washes for further internal cleaning. Additionally, to clean the external surface of the bottles, there is one water wash followed by an air wash. The washing cycles are flexible and can be customized to meet specific client requirements. The machine is equipped with three tanks for Recycled Water, Purified Water, and WFI, with three centrifugal pumps making sure that proper pressure for effective cleaning.
