The Multijet Ampoule Washing Machine is designed for ease cleaning of ampoules and vials through a series of automated washing cycles. The first step in the procedure is to load vials or ampoules into the machine. If the vials or ampoules come in boxes that fit the loading tray's specifications, this can be done with a dump loading process. An alternative is to manually position each vial or ampoule into the loading tray.
The tray goes inside the machine after the ampoules or vials are inside. The cleaning needles are then automatically placed into the vials' or ampoules' openings by lowering the hold grip. The machine is then turned on by flipping the switch, and the top cover is also lowered. After that, the machine goes through a number of washing cycles, cleaning the ampoules or vials on the inside and outside with different things.
