The manual capsule-filling machine method started by placing empty capsules in the capsule loaders trays. The tray is then aligned and secured in place. Using a vacuum or manual separation tool, the capsules are separated into their two halves: the cap and the body. The bottom halves (bodies) are positioned in the filling plate, while the top halves (caps) are set aside. Powder or granular material is poured onto the filling plate, assuring even distribution across all capsules. A scraper or tamping tool is used to press the powder into the capsules, filling them to the desired level. The entire procedure can be repeated to get the right dose. When the capsules have been filled, the top sections are replaced over the full bottom. The machine is then used to press the caps onto the bodies, sealing the capsules. The filled and sealed capsules are then ejected from the machine and collected for further processing or packaging. This process assure precise and consistent capsule filling, even with its manual operation.
