Once the capsules are transferred, they are automatically cleaned in the polishing machine. This cleaning process involves feeding the capsules into a polishing chamber, where they encounter a spinning spiral brush that thoroughly cleans each capsule. The chamber is designed to be self-cleaning, thanks to a connection with a vacuum cleaner that continuously removes de-dusted powder. This assures that the capsules are free of leftover powder, maintaining their quality and integrity.

For smooth capsule filling, a semi-automatic machine needs a hero—the vacant capsule injector, which efficiently positions the empty capsules for filling.
