Lodha Machine is the largest manufacturer and exporter of semi automatic capsule filling machines, specifically designed with advanced features to serve the pharmaceutical industry. These machines are designed to make the capsule filling process highly efficient, significantly boosting production while being capable of filling all capsule sizes with powders, granules, or pellets. Semi-automatic capsule-filling machines are commonly employed in the pharmaceutical industry for their excellent accuracy. Compared to fully manual machines, our semi-automatic capsule filling machine version offers improved automation and accuracy in filling weight. The outer shell of the machine is constructed completely from stainless steel and meets GMP-compliant standards, assuring durability and compliance with industry regulations. The machine can produce an impressive volume of capsules per hour, ranging from 25,000 to 47,000, depending on the capsule size and the operator's skill. It excels in online sorting and polishing, with the capability to store filled capsules alongside the remaining inventory and polish them without any human intervention.
This capsule filling machine tackles diverse powders with ease, thanks to its clever four-speed filling system. The machine's filling table features a variable speed function, allowing for precise dosing.
It also includes a highly effective automatic capsule loading system, assuring quick and reliable capsule closure and ejection. Additionally, an autonomous drug hopper in-feed system guarantees consistent output by removing the potential for human error.
Semi-automatic capsule lines have revolutionized the pharmaceutical & nutraceuticals industry by automating the transport and polishing of filled capsules, improving both efficiency and product quality. At the heart of this system is an automatic capsule transport mechanism that easily moves filled capsules from the capsule-filling machine into the capsule polisher. This transport system employs a pump that suctions and moves the filled capsules, making the process fully automated and eliminating the need for human intervention. Once the capsules are transferred, they are automatically cleaned in the polishing machine. This cleaning process involves feeding the capsules into a polishing chamber, where they encounter a spinning spiral brush that thoroughly cleans each capsule. The chamber is designed to be self-cleaning, thanks to a connection with a vacuum cleaner that continuously removes de-dusted powder. This assures that the capsules are free of leftover powder, maintaining their quality and integrity.
For smooth capsule filling, a semi-automatic machine needs a hero—the vacant capsule injector, which efficiently positions the empty capsules for filling. This feature assures that any capsule that remains empty due to a machine malfunction is immediately ejected. The ejection mechanism operates using air pressure, effectively removing empty capsules from the production line. Additionally, the damaged capsule sorter plays a vital role in quality control by filtering out any crooked or defective capsules, assuring that only properly filled and shaped capsules proceed through the process.
The design of the semi-automatic capsule filling line is both straightforward and efficient. Capsules, which can range in size from 0 to 5, are initially moved into the hopper. The granules are then transported using a corkscrew-driven hopper, which guarantees uniform filling of each capsule. A vacuum sucker is used to separate the capsules by size before they are filled into loading rings that accommodate sizes ranging from 00 to 5. The operator then uses a vacuum to divide the capsules into two halves. Once the capsules have been opened, the loading rings are peeled apart to release just the bottom half of the capsule. This lower component remains affixed to the machine along with the loading rings, at which point the filling procedure can commence. During filling, the capsules turn counterclockwise as the filler travels across them. The powders are pressed down into the capsules using a corkscrew, assuring even distribution and a consistent size and weight of the capsules. The sealing process is an important stage in the capsule's filling process. It involves reconstructing the loading rings to assure proper alignment. Once aligned, the operator can shut the safety gates. After the guard is closed, air pressure is utilized to seal the capsules, and the capsules are then removed from the loading ring.
To further assure the highest quality of capsules, the filling procedure incorporates capsule cleaning equipment that uses screw brushes and a dust extraction machine. This equipment is essential for eliminating any dust that may be present, thus assuring that the capsules meet stringent quality standards.
