Deionized water (D.M.) enters the system, passing through two pre-heaters where it gains heat from the tube side. This warmed feedwater then moves into the evaporator at a higher and more efficient temperature. Entering the evaporator's bottom section via the tube side, the temperature is managed by two-level indicator switches.
Simultaneously, steam is supplied to the evaporator's shell side. The steam's heat energy is transferred to the feedwater through the evaporator tubes. The generated steam exits from the separator using a centrifugal force, eliminating contaminants.
