The automatic bottle lug capping machine process is designed to be as fast and user-friendly as possible. The entire process starts with the bottles or jars being loaded onto the conveyor, which delivers them to the capping machine. The infeed star wheel positions each container accurately under the capping head. If a bottle is missing, the "No Bottle - No Cap" system makes sure that the machine stops to prevent any errors. Caps are fed through a cap feeder equipped with a variable speed system, allowing precise control over the cap-feeding process. The capping head, synchronized by a single drive with the star wheel and turret, descends to place the lug or twist-off cap onto the bottle.
