The process operation of the rotary high-speed bottle capping machine is designed for efficiency and quality . The process starts with the bottles being loaded into the machine via a conveyor belt. As the bottles move through the infeed star wheel, they are precisely positioned under the capping heads. The Infeed star wheel is equipped with an overload clutch system to prevent bottle breakage and assure smooth operation.
Once the bottles are in place, the caps are fed into the capping system through the cap feeder, which operates on a variable speed system. This allows for precise control over the cap-feeding process, assuring that each bottle receives a cap at the correct speed. If no caps are available, the "No Cap - Machine Stop" system halts the machine, preventing any uncapped bottles from continuing down the line.
The capping heads then descend to secure the caps on the bottles. The synchronization system improves that the star wheel and turret operate in perfect harmony, driven by a single motor.
