Lodha Machine is a leading manufacturer and exporter of fluid bed dryer machines, which are specially designed for use in the pharmaceutical industry and other sectors such as food, chemical, cosmetics, pesticides, biotech, herbal, and nutraceutical industries. Our fluid bed dryer machines are designed to dry wet granules, crystals, and coarse materials efficiently and consistently. A fluid bed dryer machine uses the fluidization system to solve the drying issue. It works by passing hot air over a bed of material at a high velocity, effectively fluidizing the material to assure even and efficient drying. The process starts with a blower installed on the exhaust side of the dryer, creating a positive pressure that draws in outdoor air. This hot, filtered air is then introduced from the bottom of the product container, where it interacts with the wet material.
The product's container has an air-distributing plate and a Dutch sieve, which assist in smoothly dispersing the air and producing turbulence inside it. This turbulence fluidizes the material's particles, allowing them to be enclosed by heated air. As a result, the particles are heated and dried rapidly and uniformly. The top-mounted filter bags keep particles from passing the fluid bed dryer machine, maintaining a clean and regulated drying area. The integration of a tablet section machine assures that the dried particles are processed efficiently, resulting in high-quality granules.
The fluid bed dryer machine starts its operation by drawing ambient air through a 5-10 micron filter using a dynamically balanced fan powered by an electric motor. This filtered air is then directed over a temperature-controlled heating element, which can be an electric heater, steam radiator, or oil radiator. The heated air is essential for the fluidization process, where it passes through the product, causing the particles to lift and mix uniformly. To assure efficient drying at lower temperatures, a dehumidifier or chilled water system is integrated near the air input of the dryer. This setup helps in maintaining the necessary moisture levels, allowing the product to dry effectively in a fluidized state. The blower speed is regulated by an AC frequency motor, which helps prevent the filter bag from getting clogged during the fluidization process.
