The process of operation of the tablet & capsule inspection machine starts with the tablets or capsules to be inspected being filled into the hopper. They are then automatically placed on the conveyor belt through vibration. At the ends of this inspecting belt, an operator evaluates the 'front' aspect of the tablets while another set of operators examines. The machine features an endless nylon conveyor belt driven by variable-speed motors, which exposes every side of each tablet for inspection.
An optional dust extractor collects any dust generated during the process, assuring a clean inspection environment.
