The operation of a starch paste kettle machine is straightforward and efficient. The kettle comes with a loose lid cover, which is lifted to fill the container with starch. It is important not to fill the container above the level of the anchor stirrer blade to avoid overflow. After mixing the necessary preservatives and emulsifiers with the starch, the lid is closed. Depending on the model, the jacket is then filled with either steam or thermic fluid. The heaters are started, and the desired temperature is set using the temperature controller. The stirrer speed can be adjusted using the VFD control. The process typically takes 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the product type. Once the operation is finished, the stirring mechanism is lifted through the tilting paste kettle's revolving hand wheels.
