Lodha Machine is the leading manufacturer of the Automatic Eye Drop Filling and Capping Machine, an important innovation for the efficient and cost-effective processing of eye drops. Eye drops serve various medicinal purposes, from moistening the eyes to providing local anesthesia. Given the typically lower profit margins compared to other liquid medicinal items, it's essential to makes sure that eye drop production is both efficient and economical. This machine is designed to maximize flexibility and performance, with a range of 40 to 120 units per minute. It's suitable for various applications, from small batches and pilot batches for product development and clinical research to full-scale production. These fully automated lines can handle both glass and plastic containers effortlessly, making them able for different production needs.
The eye drop filling machine is particularly beneficial for Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) due to its speed and adaptability. The advanced quick connect technology allows for easy format switching without tools, using the HMI's touch screen automation. This technology confirms that the machine can quickly adapt to different bottle sizes and types, Improving production efficiency. Whether you're a manufacturer of eye drop filling machines or an eye drop filling machine exporter, Lodha Machine provides the quality and performance needed to meet the demands of both pharmacy-only products and the OTC market.
The eye drop filling and capping machine starts by filling the bottles, plugging them, and then screw-capping them. Containers move along an SS Slat conveyor towards a star wheel, which operates on an indexing mechanism. As the star wheel rotates clockwise, it moves the containers into position for filling. Diving-type filling nozzles precisely fill the bottles at the filling station. Once filled, the star wheel moves the containers to the nozzle placing station. Here, oriented nozzles are fed into a chute by a vibratory feeder and picked up by a vacuum pickup system, which rotates 180 degrees and places the nozzle on the bottle.
After this, the containers are transferred to the next station where oriented caps are also fed into a chute and picked up by a vacuum pickup system. The caps are then placed on the bottles, and the star wheel moves the containers to the screw capping station. At this station, the caps are tightened to the desired torque. Once the capping process is completed, the bottles are transferred to the exit conveyor for the next operation. This easy and automated process are high efficiency and accuracy, making the machine ideal for large-scale eye drop production.
