Lodha Machine is the leading manufacturer of the Vial Filling Stoppering and Capping Machine, an essential part of our aseptic filling equipment lineup. These machines are able and suitable for a wide range of applications, from single-unit production to full-scale manufacturing. Whether you're involved in research and development, human trials, or large-scale commercial production, our machines can handle it all, with capacities ranging from 20 to 240 units per minute. Our equipment is designed to meet the stringent standards set by cGMP, make sure that they can be used in controlled environments where contamination is not an option. This makes them perfect for filling vaccines, biologics, cell and gene therapies, and other sensitive pharmaceutical products, whether they are single-dose or multi-dose items.
Our vial filling stoppering and capping machine features contact parts made from cGMP-compliant stainless-steel SS 316, which are sterility and prevents corrosion. The filling volume is precisely controlled by adjusting the stroke length of piston pumps. The machine is compact and vibration-free, that has smooth operation while filling and capping vials with rubber stoppers. A single motor drives all components in perfect harmony, and both the vial and stopper can be sterilized with heat and a nitrogen flushing system before and after use. This confirms that the entire process remains sterile and efficient, making Lodha Machine a top choice for those looking for reliable vial filling and capping machine manufacturers.
The vial filling stoppering and capping machine begins by filling the vials with liquid and then adding a rubber stopper. Sterile vials are placed on a conveyor belt and transported to a star wheel, which holds the vials in place during the filling process. Special sensors confirm that the machine only fills when a vial is present, preventing wastage and accuracy. The liquid is filled into the vials through syringes and nozzles. Once filled, the star wheel moves the vials to the stoppering station, where a vibratory system accurately places and secures the rubber stoppers. The filled and stoppered vials are then conveyed to the capping station.
At the capping station, oriented caps are fed into a chute and picked up by a vacuum system that places them on the vials. The star wheel moves the vials to the screw capping station, where the caps are tightened to the desired torque. After the capping process, the vials are transferred to an exit conveyor, ready for the next stage of production. This seamless, automated process that each vial is filled, stoppered, and capped accurately and efficiently, making the machine an ideal choice for large-scale pharmaceutical production.
