The process of the Ampoule Filling & Sealing Machine is very simple. First, the sterilized ampoules are placed in a tray, which is then loaded into the machine. The machine uses a star wheel to deliver the ampoules one by one onto a moving rack. As the rack moves, the machine carries out several important steps in sequence: pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and finally sealing the ampoules. Once the ampoules are filled and sealed, they are automatically collected on a tray without any need for manual handling.
