The Four Head Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine starts by receiving empty ampoules into its hopper. These ampoules are moved to a traveling rack in groups of four. First, they go through nitrogen purging stations where inert gas needles flush them with nitrogen to keep them clean. Next, the ampoules are moved to the filling unit, where needles carefully dispense the exact amount of liquid into each one. The ampoules get a second nitrogen flush in the post-nitrogen unit following filling.
Then, the ampoules reach the sealing unit, which has pre-warming and sealing stations. In the pre-warming station, the ampoules are gently warmed with a low-pressure flame to prepare them for sealing. Customized rollers rotate the ampoules to make sure they are sealed properly. The sealing unit then securely seals each ampoule. Finally, the sealed ampoules are collected upright on the machine's collection tray, ready for the next steps.
