The Small Scale Ampoule Filling Sealing Machine operates smoothly from start to finish. First, sterilized ampoules are loaded into a slanted hopper. A star wheel then moves these ampoules one by one onto a special rack that holds four at a time. As the rack pauses at different points, each ampoule goes through several steps: it gets pre-gassed to keep it sterile, filled with the product, then post-gassed to everything stays clean.
