The process operation of the High-Speed Ampoule Filler and Sealer Machine begins with the sterilized ampoule tray being directly loaded into the unit's slant hopper. From there, a synchronized star wheel carefully delivers the ampoules one by one onto a moving eccentric ampoule rack, which holds four ampoules at a time. As the rack pauses at designated stations, several critical steps are performed sequentially to the highest quality of filling and sealing.

Firstly, pre-gassing of the ampoules is done to create an inert atmosphere. This is followed by the precise filling of the ampoules with the product. Post-gassing is then carried out to further the integrity of the filled ampoule. Pre-heating prepares the ampoule for the final sealing process. Once these steps are completed, the ampoules are sealed, they are airtight and secure. Finally, the duly filled and sealed ampoules are automatically collected on a collection tray, eliminating the need for manual handling and thereby maintaining sterility and reducing the risk of contamination.
