The process of the Servo PLC Based Ampoule Filling Machine begins with empty, washed, and sterilized ampoules being automatically received on a wire mesh conveyor belt from the sterilizing tunnel. These ampoules are then loaded onto the conveyor belt, which transports them to the segment wheel. The ampoules are moved to a conveyor system by the segment wheel. The sterilized ampoule tray is directly loaded into the unit's slant hopper. The synchronized star wheel then delivers the ampoules one by one onto the moving eccentric ampoule rack, which can handle single, two, four, or six ampoules at a time.
The pre-gassing, filling, post-gassing, pre-heating, and final sealing processes take place out in order as the ampoule rack moves and is ended. This make sure that the ampoules are properly filled and sealed without any contamination. Once the ampoules are filled and sealed, they are automatically collected on a collection tray without any need for manual handling. This automated process provides high efficiency and maintains the sterility of the ampoules throughout the filling and sealing operation.
